Thank you to everyone who registered to test the new My Aged Care website. The request for feedback by the My Aged Care team is now closed. Please read below about the project:
The Australian Government’s My Aged Care website has been undergoing a redevelopment this year, and The Plug-in has been engaged to help test the new website before it launches. We are looking for older people and family members involved in their care to spend 15 to 20 minutes online, exploring the new website and then sharing their experience, feedback and insights about it through an online survey. This is a unique opportunity to influence the My Aged Care website and help make it easier for people to get the answers they need about access to aged care services.
As with all our projects, The Plug-in has a range of selection criteria for participants. To be eligible for this particular project, you will need to be:
• Aged 65 or over
• Aged under 65 and involved in exploring or arranging aged care services for a family member or friend
• Available to complete the testing and feedback process online prior to 21 June.
The My Aged Care team would like to hear from a variety of people who are either just starting the process to look at accessing aged care services through to those people who are already receiving services. The testing process will require Influencers to explore the new website and answer an online survey to provide feedback.
If you are someone who might use a website to get information for yourself or someone you care for, we would like to hear from you and know what you think. Now is the perfect time to share your valuable opinions and have an influence on how people access information related to aged care services in the future.
