The Plug-in partnered with Office for Ageing Well (OFAW) to develop better understanding of how older South Australians make decisions about transport options when attending hospital and specialist appointments. and to provide insights to transport operators to help them improve communication about these services.
Almost 1,000 older South Australians took part in the project, generously sharing their views, experiences and insights.
As always, the important work of The Plug-in helps inform how COTA SA can continue to best support the interests and futures of South Australians as we age.
