Have you had an unexpected hospital stay recently?

The Plug-in, the University of Adelaide Nursing School and the Adelaide PHN are working to prevent and reduce unplanned admissions to hospital.

We want to hear from a consumer (patient) point of view, what your personal experience has been during an unexpected health event that resulted in a hospital admission.

Hearing what has worked well, and what could have improved your experience, will help us understand how health services should be designed into the future. It’s about putting the ‘consumer’ at the centre of health services.

Are you?

  • 75+ years who had an emergency hospital admission in the last 6 months and still live at home in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide;
    or
  • A family member, carer or other support person of a person meeting the above criteria
