The Plug-in has partnered with the University of Adelaide to support an important statewide project. Your insights will help shape the provision of palliative care in the future and help families get the support they need to live well for as long as possible.
To be involved you will need to be:
- Aged 18+ who have a life-limiting illness and are approaching the final 12–18 months of life
- From a rural area, low-income household, or a culturally and linguistically diverse background
OR
- An unpaid carer supporting someone with a life-limiting illness who is approaching their final 12-18 months of life
If selected, you will:
- Take part in three to four 60-90 minute interviews over one year
- The first interview will be in person, somewhere that suits you
- The next two interviews can be in person or online
- You’ll get a $100 gift card after the first and last interviews to say thank you
You can stop at any time, and you choose what happens to your information.
Participation is voluntary and confidential. All shared information will be de-identified and used only for research, in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
Thank you — your voice can shape future care models, strengthen services, and ensure better support for others at the end of life.
As much as we would like to have everyone involved, space for participants is limited. In order to be considered for involvement, please register your interest as soon as you can by following the link above.
