We are very excited to welcome two new team members to The Plug-in – Michelle Mitolo and Lyn Flaherty.
Michelle Mitolo
Joining the Plug-in team as Manager, The Plug-in Community is Michelle, whom some of you have already met, or at the very least heard her infectious laugh!
With 12 years professional experience in community development and engagement, Michelle has worked in government, tertiary and community organisations across culturally diverse environments and has extensive experience in facilitating the development of many exciting and inspiring projects with wellbeing and economic outcomes.
Michelle will be working alongside The Plug-in community to explore the experience of participating in Plug-in activites and what this might look like into future. If you bump into Michelle, you’ll easily strike up a conversation on anything related to the great outdoors, bikes and dogs… particularly greyhounds!
Lyn Flaherty
We also welcome Lyn to The Plug-in team as Manager, The Plug-in Projects & Development
Lyn has recently joined The Plug-in as team after working in Customer Experience and Service Design & Production Innovation within the aged care services sector. She is an experienced consumer research project manager and passionate advocate of sharing lived experiences and the power of stories to transform the way organisations interact with their customers. Lyn has over 15 years’ experience in consumer research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication and business development within both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
When she’s not designing discovery methods you’ll find Lyn making things; whether its baking a batch of muffins, helping her teenagers with a school project, creating an artwork or gifts for family and friends.
