Help us understand a new website before it is launched!

The Plug-in invites you to take part in our newest project – user testing a new website for an aged care provider!

If you are aged 65 or older, we want to hear from you.

An aged care provider is reviewing its website and The Plug-In has been engaged to help test the new website before it launches. We are looking for older people and family members involved in their care to spend 1 hour online, exploring the new website and sharing their experience, feedback and insights while online.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the website development and to help make it as user friendly and easy to navigate as possible.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible to participate in this project, you must be aged 65 years or over and be willing to take part in the testing session in person via a Zoom (video call) from your home computer.

You do not need to have any experience or knowledge of website testing to be involved, we are looking to capture your experience of the website and if you find it easy to use. We are looking to consult a wide range of people so if you use websites a lot to find information, or do not have much experience, we would still love to hear from you!

Why should you take part?

By getting involved, you will help us understand whether the new website is easy to use which will make a difference to older Australians who are also looking for information about aged care services.

If you are selected to participate, you will receive a $100 gift card as a thank you for your time and contribution. 

Your contribution will make a difference to the lives of older Australians.
