My Home Hospital is a program being developed by SA Health, through Wellbeing SA. Consultation has taken place across a wide range of demographics and Wellbeing SA believes that it is important in particular to hear the voices of people who identify as LGBTI and how My Home Hospital can deliver safe quality care in people’s homes as a substitute to going to hospital. The Plug-in is very pleased to be helping Wellbeing SA in this consultation process to gather further feedback on the views of older Australians.
Why is this consultation so important?
This consultation will ensure that the voices of older people who recognise as LGBTI are being heard
This consultation will be conducted by DemocracyCo and Wellbeing SA using online focus groups so you can take part from the comfort of your home computer screen or tablet. Participants and their contribution will not be identified and your personal details will remain confidential within COTA SA.
If selected, The Plug-in will email you all the details you need to click through to the workshop on the day. You do not need to download any special software –you will simply need internet access using a computer, tablet or smart phone with a camera.
