Project Call: Influence the way financial institutions communicate with their customers

Project Call: Influence the way financial institutions communicate with their customers

UniSA School of Business is looking at how financial services connect and communicate with customers. They are seeking the insights of our Influencer community and are keen to have a friendly conversation with you to learn about the perceptions and experiences of people 65+ in relation to responsiveness in communication from financial institutions.

As with all our projects, The Plug-in has a range of selection criteria for participants to ensure that we find the best fit for Influencers to the project we’re working on and that the insights we generate are reliable and useful. To be eligible for this particular project, you will need to be:

  • Aged 65 or over
  • Fully retired
  • Not from a professional background involving banking, finance, accounting or the like
  • Available to attend a one hour friendly conversation at COTA SA, 16 Hutt Street, Adelaide on either Wednesday 8 or Thursday 9 May

In the interests of selecting a sufficiently diverse or balanced group for the study, we may also consider additional criteria (eg. gender, age group) which means that not everyone who registers will necessarily be selected.

We are looking for 25 Influencers to take part, and each of you will receive a $30 Coles/Myer gift card and all travel expenses related to the project will be covered in recognition of your involvement.

Now is the perfect time to share your valuable opinions and influence change.
